Richard, I can’t help but be astounded at how so many on the socially conservative right view the Palin’s situation as a purely “family matter” and that it has no impact on anything else.
Just imagine for a moment if Hillary was the nominee and we heard that Chelsea (a young woman who is a decade older and has finished college and entered the world of work) was expecting a child what their reaction would be.
I wish Bristol all the best and hope that she’s let make the right choice for her in terms of whether she wants to get married at this point or not. Part of entering adulthood is telling your parents to go fish on some matters.
